We asked Matt a few questions about what make pirkx so special.

What do you think of pirkx?

pirkx is a comprehensive wellbeing package that is adaptable, simple to use and cost effective. We have provided it to our team, our individual clients and have integrated pirkx into our corporate proposition. When we were first introduced to pirkx, we quickly identified that it could be a game changer for us. We are using it to give us competitive advantage and as piece of tech that delivers our services and promotes others in a user friendly portal.

What’s the #1 thing you’re able to do that you weren’t before?

We encourage our clients to embed all their employee or contractor information within pirkx. With the client being in control of adding content and branding, we find our clients can easily curate their own personalised site. By creating a one-stop-shop for all your workforce’s needs, including info on their super, HR systems or general day to day material, we have seen pirkx help increase engagement across all the services we embed within the portal. This has created a more loyal client base for us, a client base that are engaged and actively using our services with pirkx providing the infrastructure for a workers hub.

With engagement high, it is great to know that our clients’ teams are utilising the benefits in place to support them. Whilst it is a sensible choice for our business, it feels good and that we are doing the right thing too.

What’s your top tip for getting the most out of pirkx?

Don’t forget that by adding content, that you are given a channel to promote other services your company provides. We include our home loan service in every client invitation which highlights the excellent deal we have on offer. Everyone wins, the client with a better deal and our company with increased business.
